We recommend using the scrub on damp skin in the shower. However, the product can be used dry on your hands to help remove stubborn surface stains, like soil, grease or ink. Start dry to remove the worst of it, then finish using wet.

You can, and one of the many benefits of the Exfoliating Aromatherapy Body Scrub is improved absorption of products in the skin. However, with regular use you will see improvement to your skin’s texture and tone…you might not want to use anything else!

The ingredients can be affected by the introduction of water, reducing the shelf life of the product and causing clumping. Additionally, while coconut oil and lavender essential oil are naturally antibacterial, it’s always best to avoid exposing skin care products to unwashed hands. So, we’ve provided a great little tool to conveniently dispense your Exfoliating Aromatherapy Body Scrub!

We would not recommend using the body scrub on your face, as the grain size of the exfoliating ingredients may be irritating to the more sensitive skin. But upcoming product releases will include face scrubs using extra fine exfoliants, so stay tuned!
